This is my first post for a new blog. Hehehe. It's been a while, not writing and it's feels weird :P
Anyways, I've been hiding from outside the world lately cos I am on a mission of change. Challenge.. of a self change. I've been planning doing this I don't know-- 7 years already? Well, I'm a lady. I think you know what all ladies wants in life. This also included in my new year's resolutions, obviously every year. Haha. Okay so, it's about losing weight..
I've been wanted to do this BUT I was not a woman with a strong mentality, you know what I mean? I like to eat, all the time! It's like an hobby, you just loved it!
Anyhow, this year I'm actually doing it. Slow progress but I'm working on it. Been doing it for 3 months already, but I can't really see if I have the changes to my body. Eh, nevermind.. If someone noticed any difference and say it to my face I would be happy enough. Hahaha!
By the way, my weight before I started this was 75.6kg! I'm about 5'2" (I know.. I'm short) so, that's in the range of slightly obesse *sigh* sad you know. At this point, it is hard to find the size of you t-shirt or jeans. Seriously, it's true!
Okay, right now I did lose some weight, alhamdulillah! I am so happy. Not much, but I did. And I won't tell you how much I lost yet :P why? Cause I messed up my diet since last week, so I gained some back :(.. Today I'm getting back on track. Oh, almost forgot. While I'm doing this, I didn't really do workouts, but some home cardios. I do forearms or full body planks, jumping rope, jumping jacks and squats (I love this!) Or you can just do dance! Dancing is good, trust me, it's fun. :)
What are my diet meals? Simple, just 2 or 3 boiled eggs each day (without the yolk) and lots and lots of water. DO NOT drink iced or cold water! What else.. oh yeah, you should try drink 2 cups of tea each day, without sugar of course. I know it's bitter hehe but you'll like it eventually like I do. It can boost your metabolism. Green tea are most recommended :)
It's a lie if I said I did not eat snacks. I keep it minimum amount as possible, like I said I am not a mentally strong woman :P I did not eat rice by the way. I mean I do, once or twice every week (I'm scared of rice these days, I'll cry after I eat it). They say the calories in it are high, so I try to eat less of it. Anything food that were fried I avoided it as much as possible, I like boiled food now hehe. Veges yes! ;) If I go to supermarket, I am the happiest to see all the veges that I want them all, perhaps I'm going to be a vegetarian? Hahaha.. Just kidding :P I am still a fan of beefs.
The photo above is right. Sometimes you are just bored and that's why you thought you are hungry. It's not. Unless you haven't eaten any meals the whole day :) Drink plenty of water, it's healthy and had ZERO calories and it's good for your skin too.
Alright, I'm finishing what I've started. And by finishing, I mean keep going not stopping once I reach to my goal :) I will not give up..
